Heather Nauert
Heather Ann Nauert (born January 27 1970) is an American broadcast journalist and former official of the government who was Spokesperson for the United States Department of State during the Donald Trump administration from 2017 to 2019. She was a senior associate at the Hudson Institute. It is a think tank that is conservative.
Prior to becoming a member of the Department of State, Nauert was an Fox News reporter and news presenter for Fox & Friends. From March 2018 to October of 2018, Nauert was as acting Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy, Public Affairs and Diplomacy under the Trump administration. Nauert was named by Trump to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board and to the White House Commission on White House Fellowships in the year 2019.
